    Salary and Benefits

    The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Provide individual and group counseling sessions to clients in alignment with their treatment plans.
    • Conduct assessments and screenings to identify client needs and develop effective treatment strategies.
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
    • Implement approved substance use disorder group curriculum and provide education on healthy lifestyle choices.
    • Participate in case consultations and regular supervision meetings to ensure high-quality care.
    • Assist with training and supervision of interns and staff members as needed.
    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and program activities.

    Requirements

    • Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) certification or equivalent.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience working in substance use disorder treatment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
    • Familiarity with American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) criteria and DSM-5 diagnostic standards.
