    Entry Level Sourcer/Recruiting Coordinator - Entry level

    We are a small startup and looking for someone to help out and take over lots of different tasks:

    • Schedule interviews 35+% of the time in both lever and greenhouse
    • Source Technical & Non Technical roles
    • Work hand and hand with hiring managers
    • Hand hold and keep track of candidates over a long amount of time.
    • posting jobs
    • Get stuff done attitude
    • basic invoicing clients/billing and other paperwork is taken care of
    • Helping schedule of events/off sites

    Qualifications

    • CPA or advanced accounting degree or experience with payroll, invoicing and billing
    • 1+ years of accounting, EA or Office management experience, or college degree
    • Familiar with HR or Recruiting a Plus
    • Strong organizational skills
    • We are looking for someone for the long term, who is comfortable taking charge overseeing, managing, growing, and maintaining a complex business
    • Attention to detail is a Must

    Responsibilities


    •Helping schedule interviews/exploratory calls via Lever or Greenhouse for numerous different companies


    •When problems arise, you may need to handle issues and emergencies, including rescheduling interviews and/or calls last minute


    •Organizing, updating, and maintaining documents and data


    •Scheduling meetings


    •Tracking and updating owners on business venture statuses

    Flexible to be part-time as well in the beginning
