    Join the Jennifer Fisher retail team and help us deliver world class experiences for our clients.

    As a sales associate your mission will be to build deep and personal connections with our clients while driving sales and enhancing loyalty to the Jennifer Fisher brand.

    Specific Responsibilities Would Include

    The Sales Associate will be responsible for but not limited to:
    Sales & Experience
    Creating and promoting memorable shopping experiences for our clients resulting in sales and long-term relationships with clients.
    Assisting and serving walk in traffic and converting them into lifelong loyal clients.

    Establishing a loyal book of clients, personal shoppers, and stylists and maintain those relationships to drive repeat purchases and retention.

    Acting as a stylist for the client while possessing deep knowledge of our product, brand, and assortment.
    Organizing, planning, and scheduling 1:1 appointments in-store and virtually in order to drive sales.
    Visual Merchandising
    Supporting and executingVM directives.
    Maintaining impeccable VM standards for all products on the sales floor and back-of-house.
    Ensure an organized, clean, and elevated atmosphere within the store is maintained.
    General
    Always adhering to basic grooming and professional attire standards.
    Facilitating clients' needs from pre-purchase to post-purchase (Sales, Checkout, Follow up)
    Accurately and effectively processing transactions while maintaining a superior shopping experience.
    Understanding and executing all operational tasks and procedures related to sales, returns, exchanges, and inventory.
    Ability to open and close the close.

    Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have

    2-3 years jewelry or luxury retail experience
    Self-motivated and takes initiative.
    Expert conversationalist
    Ability to adapt and connect with a diverse range of people & clients.
    Eager to learn and always looking for ways to improve operations.
    Passion for retail and customer experience.
    Team player mixed with self-motivated contributor and sales professional.
    Ability to multi-task and take on multiple priorities simultaneously.

    Salary Range:
    $28.00-$33.00

    Base salary is a part of a total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, bonus and other Centric Brands sponsored benefit programs.
