Senior Risk Analyst - Customer Inquiries will respond to customer cyber security questionnaires and other inquiries, supporting the Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) organization in the management of contractual cyber security risks across Baker Hughes portfolio of products and business segments.
As a Senior Risk Analyst - Customer Inquiries, you will be responsible for:Responding to customer Cyber Security questionnaires, customer requests for cyber assessments, customer audits.
Reporting status regularly throughout the various stages of the customer response process.
Maintaining the repository of documents and past questions and ensuring it is up to date.
Supporting the Cyber Security, Risk & Compliance organization in efforts to obtain customer and industry certifications (e
g:
SOC2 Type II, UK Cyber Essentials).
Working with subject matter experts and leaders from Digital Technology, Engineering, Legal, Privacy and Commercial teams to obtain or provide information in support of customer inquiries
Supporting the development team for the automated tools used by the Customer Inquiry & Contract Review function.
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science or STEM-related field
Have minimum 5 years of professional experience in IT Risk, Third Parties Cyber Risk
Have an exposure to industry compliance frameworks and compliance regulations (ISO27001/2, NIS 2, NIST CSF/800-53)
Excellent interpersonal and team player skills, able to mediate conflicts, recognize options, propose and implement solutions
Ability to switch context quickly and work on multiple streams of work concurrently
Knowledge of SharePoint/PowerApps will be considered a plus
