    We are looking for a reliable individual to join our corporate team in San Antonio TX.

    This full-time administrative position will primarily be responsible for accounts payable and other clerical duties.

    The ideal candidate should possess strong attention to detail and good communication skills.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Ensuring vendors are paid accurately and on time
    • Monitor all vendor payment agreements
    • Enter invoices into accounting system
    • Follow up on vendor questions and inquiries
    • Set up new vendors
    • Process member refunds
    • Utility set up for new clubs additions

    This position has a pay range of $18 - $20 per hour depending on experience.

    Requirements:
    • Previous Accounts Payable experience is preferred
    • Excellent attention to details
    • Strong organizational ability
    • Great communication skills
    • Ability to work with budgets
    • Ability to Multi-task
    • Ability to work independently and as a team
    • Experience in navigating multi-location, multi-state vendors
