    Description

    We are looking for a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our team of healthcare professionals at our family medicine practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outpatient medicine and primary care.

    The primary responsibilities of this position include:

    • Providing comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages
    • Performing physical exams, taking medical histories, and ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests
    • Developing and managing treatment plans for patients
    • Educating patients about their health conditions and providing preventive care services
    • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide the best possible care for patients

    The ideal candidate will have:

    • A Master's degree in nursing (MSN) with a specialization in family practice or Internal Medicine
    • A current license to practice as a nurse practitioner in the state of Connecticut
    • At least 2 years of experience working in a primary care setting
    • Strong clinical skills and decision-making abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • A commitment to providing high-quality patient care
    Location:
    • Nestled in Eastern Connecticut this city includes rural country areas, suburban neighborhoods, and historic districts. This area provides a low cost of living relative to large metropolitan areas and breathtaking coastline being within 80 miles from New York, NY, 40 miles from Hartford, CT and 20 minutes to the coast.
