Requirements
-4+ years of relevant work experience in affordable housing investment or finance.
Joseph Cohen and Harrison Wreschner co-founded Amity Companies, LLC, a specialty real estate investment firm, in 2019.
With responsibility for over $450mm of equity investment since late 2019, the firm has acquired or partnered on over 6,000 market rate and affordable housing apartments and executed a multitude of private equity and structured finance investments in companies that span the real estate spectrum, including those in affordable housing, retail and industrial sectors.
