Job Summary
This is a full-time position in-office position. This entry level Customer Service Associate will be responsible for answering phones, processing orders, assisting customers and vendors with order changes,and other projects or administrative tasks as assigned.
- At least 1+ year in a professional office environment, preferably in a customer focused role.
- Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new software programs.
- Excellent data entry and typing skills.
- Phone-based customer service and sales experience.
