- Identify and develop new business accounts and IT/AV sales opportunities.
- Drive profitability and revenue growth for target accounts in collaboration with the inside sales team.
- Deliver in-depth customer technology roadmaps and work with account teams to uncover new sales opportunities.
- Develop strong partnerships with IT and AV vendors/OEMs to optimize joint selling initiatives.
- Build solid relationships with decision-makers and influencers at all organizational levels within target accounts.
- Collaborate with the internal team on sales strategies, account trends, opportunity development, and quote coordination.
- Manage day-to-day account activities and long-term sales strategy.
- Perform other account management duties as assigned.
- 3+ years of experience in customer-facing field sales.
- Previous experience selling technology hardware or software products.
- Experience selling complex technical or integrated solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and client engagement capabilities.
- Experience navigating budget cycles, procurement processes, and client approvals.
