LHH has partnered with a global manufacturer located near Midtown Atlanta to recruit their next contract-hire, hybrid Payroll Specialist Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply asap

This position will report to a solid management team with work-life balance, comfortable work environment and offers a competitive salary and benefits package with flexible scheduling.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of recent multi-state payroll processing experience with recent use of ADP WFN
• Manual check and garnishment processing
• Reconciliations
• Approve expense reports for payroll reimbursement.
• Intermediate Excel, ADP Workforce Now
• Excel proficiency to include pivot tables
• Excellent customer service skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Multi-state payroll processing
• Reconciliations
• Garnishment setup and processing
• Resolution of payroll discrepancies
• Manual check processing
• Direct deposit setup

Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
