The Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace is looking for a talented Kitchen Supervisor to help lead their culinary team Located within walking distance to Disney Springs this hotel has over 1000 rooms 92000 square feet of banquet space and six food and beverage outlets.This includes a restaurant lobby bar sports bar pool restaurant grab and go marketplace and in-room dining.
In this role you will assist the Senior Sous Chef in overseeing all culinary operations for one kitchen servicing three outlets the full-service restaurant Letterpress the lobby bar Sunnies and in-room dining.
