- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed by the BCBA to target skill development and behavior reduction goals
- Provide direct one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients in home, school, or munity settings
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior using ABA data collection methods
- Assist in the assessment and evaluation of client progress through ongoing observation and data analysis
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other members of the interdisciplinary team to ensure consistent implementation of treatment strategies
- Maintain professional and ethical standards as outlined by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred
- Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Previous experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
- Strong interpersonal and munication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations as needed
