    Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

    Location: Ashland, MA

    Job Description: Soliant is currently seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Ashland, MA. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement behavior intervention plans and provide direct behavioral therapy services to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

    Responsibilities:

    • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed by the BCBA to target skill development and behavior reduction goals
    • Provide direct one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients in home, school, or munity settings
    • Collect and record data on client progress and behavior using ABA data collection methods
    • Assist in the assessment and evaluation of client progress through ongoing observation and data analysis
    • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other members of the interdisciplinary team to ensure consistent implementation of treatment strategies
    • Maintain professional and ethical standards as outlined by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred
    • Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
    • Previous experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
    • Strong interpersonal and munication skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations as needed
