    **Garmin Store - Part Time - Customer Experience Associate**

    If your passions include flying, golfing, driving, biking, hiking, running, fishing or riding, we want to meet you Were seeking a Customer Experience Associate at our Garmin store, focused on providing exemplary service to Garmin customers. In this role, youll handle all customer service related business to consumer (B2C) experiences at the Sales and Service Center (SSC) to include those received by telephone, fax, mail and e-mail with the highest level of professionalism. Other essential functions include:

    Process Special Orders, Pre-Sales, and provide customers and update on their order status

    Work with customers to determine which products, accessories, and plan of action best serves their individual needs

    Accurately demonstrate Garmin product features, capabilities, and applications to customers

    Demonstrate product features, functions, and provide a hands on guide to customers.

    Teach customers how to update their device, download applications and maintain their Garmin product

    Maintain, and strengthen product knowledge

    Load customer map files to devices, and demonstrate map data to customers

    Qualified candidates must possess a High Diploma or GED AND a minimum of 3 years demonstrated experience performing a customer service role substantially similar to the essential functions of this job description. Other qualifications include:

    Demonstrated strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

    Must be team-oriented, possess a positive attitude and work well with others

    Must possess a demonstrated ability to grasp new concepts quickly

    Must possess proficient and effective data entry skills

    Must possess proficiency using personal computers relevant to the essential functions of this job description

    Candidates with retail customer service experience are preferred. Experience with consumer GPS equipment is a plus
