September 2025 Description: Youth Program staff plan and lead high-quality youth enrichment activities through the district's 21st Century out-of-school time programs. Staff will be required to serve as positive role models for all youth and independently supervise groups of up to 20 youth at a time. Positions are available at our elementary and middle/high school sites; some positions may work at multiple sites. We stand front and center

- Must be 17 years of age or older
- High school diploma, preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to positively interact with youth and support their development
- Previous experience working with youth preferred
- Seeking staff for the following shifts:
Elementary: 1:45pm - 4:45pm or 1:30pm - 6:15pm
High School: 3:15pm - 6:15pm or 3:15pm - 7:45pm - Must be able to go outside daily
- Must be able to lift 20 pounds
- Must be able to supervise up to 20 students at a time
