An FQHC is seeking a family medicine physician for locum tenens coverage.

Credentialing will take days. The schedule is Monday - Thursday from 8:00am - 6:00pm with a 30-minute unpaid lunch. The clinician will see patients of all ages if FM but the facility is willing to accept 18+ if IM. The EMR system is EPIC. A BC, DEA, BLS, and first 2 initial shots of the COVID vaccine are required.
