    Job Description
    We are currently seeking a proactive and organized individual to fill the role of Administrative Assistant & Dispatch Coordinator.

    This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business by providing administrative support and coordinating dispatch activities.


    Responsibilities: *Administrative Assistant:

    • Manage and maintain office supplies inventory
    • Organize and schedule appointments
    • Provide general support to visitors
    • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
    • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
    • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
    • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
    • Develop and maintain a filing system *Dispatch Coordinator:
    • Receive and process orders from customers
    • Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely delivery of orders
    • Monitor driver schedules and communicate any changes or updates
    • Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, including orders, deliveries, and driver assignments
    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operation of the dispatch process
    • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to dispatch operations

    Requirements: *Administrative Assistant:

    • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
    • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
    • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
    • Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • High School diploma or equivalent *Dispatch Coordinator:
    • Proven experience as a dispatcher or similar position
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions
    • High school diploma or equivalent
