Officer Manager/Program Supervisor, Family Service CentersThe Office Manager/Program Supervisor position provides supervision for various programs within the Family Service Centers, while also offering office support to these centers. Reporting directly to the Senior Program Officer of Mental Health Services, this role encompasses both program oversight and administrative duties.

Minimum qualifications:
Knowledge of mental health treatment community resources; Strong oral and written communication skills for interacting with staff, patients, families, and professionals; Crisis intervention proficiency for handling emergency situations; Sound judgment and decision-making abilities; Flexibility and adaptability in various situations; Effective stress and conflict management skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Ability to work under general supervision; Maintaining professional boundaries with clients; Fluent in oral and written English.
