- Provide day-to-day leadership and management of assigned Programs and Program Managers and staff that mirror the adopted mission and core values of the company.
- Provide timely, accurate, and complete reports and deliverables.
- Oversee and manage project staff teams and subcontractors.
- Directly communicate and interact with Customers
- Assist in the development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes.
- Motivate and lead a high performing team that attracts recruits and retains a highly qualified staff.
- Foster an ethical, success-oriented, accountable environment within the company.
- Represent the company with assigned customers and business partners.
- Must execute programs within scope, cost, and schedule.
- Provide pre-award pricing and requirement development support to President during the bid process.
- Work with Government customers to understand requirements and provide pricing support in coordination with Chenega Service Center.
- Provide hiring and employee and contract transition support to the President and Director of Operations for newly awarded contracts, work directives and task orders.
- Support business development efforts at large.
- Other duties as assigned. Qualifications
- 20+ years relevant experience, managing government requirements.
- Experience to include:10+ years Government or Government contracting experience required10+ years experience in facility design , construction and facility management on Federal Government Facilities PMP PreferredMaster's Degree preferred
- Secret clearance required with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance
- Must be able to work nights and weekends as required.
- Must be able to travel OCONUS and CONUS up to 25% of the time.
- Must be energetic, enthusiastic, and present well to customers.
- Work requires continual attention to detail in composing, typing, proofing materials, establishing priorities, and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to multi-task in a high stress, performance-based environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.
- Knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database, presentation software (MSWord, Excel, and PowerPoint), and Outlook.
- Must have a strong sense of ethics and accountability.
