We are looking for a Settlement/Clearance Officer responsible for the specific duties listed below.


Your specific duties will include:
Conducting thorough title searches and examinations.
Preparing and reviewing title commitments, title reports, and closing documents.
Coordinating with various stakeholders including lenders, real estate agents, attorneys, and underwriters.
Resolving any title issues and discrepancies promptly.
Staying updated with industry regulations and best practices.

Specific qualifications for the position include :
Prior experience as a Title Processor with a strong understanding of New Jersey title insurance transactions.
Proficiency in Pennsylvania real estate practices.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
Relevant certifications or licenses are preferred.


Pay Rate Range :
$50000 -$70,000 per yearCompensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
