    Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program for children ages 2-8 with an emphasis on character development. Our caring team positively impacts children's lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum and communication. We coach out of more than 10,000 locations around U.S. and Canada with more than 780,000 children enrolled annually.

    WHAT YOU NEED:
    • Passion for soccer and positively impacting youth players
    • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license or state ID
    • High School diploma
    • Eligible to work in the U.S.
    As the face of Soccer Shots, our success as a nationally recognized and locally respected brand is dependent on the exemplary performance of our growth, customer service and coaches. The Program Coordinator includes, but is not limited to, the following tasks.

    Development:
    Marketing
    o Re-sell at past Soccer Shots schools (list provided by owner)
    Set up Free Fun Day at schools
    Set up desk at schools
    Drop off flyers/yard signs
    o Set up vendor booths at events

    Coaching:
    Program Coordinator will coach 10-15 hours per week
    Training
    o Oversee aspects of the training process
    Training new coaches
    Communicating with coaches regarding expectations (SCORE presentation)
    Leading weekly curriculum meetings
    Evaluating
    o Evaluate each coach a minimum of two times per season
    Ability to clearly communicate growth goals and where to improve

    Salary:
    $20 per hour for coaching and/or admin. Up to 28 hours, not to exceed 30 hours per week. This includes drive time when following up with schools.
