    The candidate shall review user experience feedback on A3G systems, and apply content and digital experience expertise to design changes to improve user satisfaction.

    Develop an understanding of Air Force user/customer digital needs, digital trends, drivers and competitive dynamics, and develop a digital content strategy which includes identifying and developing relevant and engaging digital content.

    Assesses digital interaction data and analytics including number of visitors, visitor demographics, session length, and user feedback to make recommendations to support enhanced user experience for A3G systems
    Required Experience & Education Contractor personnel shall possess a Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, or related field. Contractor personnel shall also have a minimum of five years of experience designing web/content 6 management user experiences and working knowledge of front-end programming languages (i.e. Javascript, CSS, HTML).
