    Job Description/Preferred QualificationsWe are seeking an IT Business Operations Specialist to help us improve process standards and identify weaknesses or inefficiencies within the IT contracts management space.

    This person will be a key member of the KLA Global IT Financials team, responsible for IT contracts management, licenses, and other purchases.

    This role requires close communication with the CIO, CISO, CIO leadership team (service owners), procurement team, vendors, and functional business leaders.


    Responsibilities:
    Lead and maintain IT Contracts renewalHandle new IT purchases (HW/SW/Others)

    Help drive procurement standard methodologies across global ITDevelop and implement comprehensive IT category and sub-category strategiesHandle IT cost savings, return on investment, critical metricsProvide monthly and quarterly management report based on analyticsFollows standard purchasing business policies and processes, along with SOWs, while reviewing purchase orders for compliancePreferred QualificationsCollect, analyze, and present data using strong and effective analytics abilitiesTranslate business issues and operational issues into functional plansLead Key Performance Indicators (critical metrics), and Statements of Work (SOWs)Analytical problem-solving and research skillsAble to effectively drive and lead meetingsMust be flexible, adaptable and comfortable responding to shifting priorities, while learning on the fly and working to improve new applications and processesComfortable with coordinating tasks across multiple functions and global locationsAbility to work independently with cross-functional and cross-organizational teamsAbility to influence teams in a highly matrixed environmentCreative problem solver, with a desire and ability to look for innovative ways to approach issues and situationsExperience working with executive level staff members on operational and strategic reviewsMinimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business or related field with preferred concentration in Operations or Supply Chain ManagementTwo (2) years of experience in a procurement environment, especially indirect, with a focus on Information Technology (IT) category managementProficient in Microsoft Office, mainly Excel and PowerPointExcellent communication, collaboration and presentation skillsThis is a Hybrid Role based at our Midwest Headquarters in Ann Arbor, MIThe company offers a total rewards package that is competitive and comprehensive including but not limited to the following:
