About this role:
As a Part Time Physician in Hospice Medicine, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience.
In this role you will work in a fully remote capacity to support the Intermountain Hospice service line throughout Northern and Central Utah.
You will practice remotely to admit and manage patients to the Hospice Service LineShifts are 24 hours and are typically scheduled Monday to Sunday

MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
Residency training in Family or Internal Medicine
Board certification or eligibility in Hospice and Palliative Medicine
Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one
Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or the ability to obtain one
Ability to successfully com plete Intermountain Health's credentialing process
