Maintenance Assistant Technician (1st Shift) Pleasant Acres Nursing & Rehabilitation Center seeks a skilled Maintenance Assistant Technician to join its facilities team on the 1st shift.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks including repairing replacing installing equipment fixtures appliances under supervision of Maintenance Director.
- Troubleshoot resolve maintenance issues in timely efficient manner conduct routine inspections identify potential needs address promptly collaborate with departments ensure seamless operations minimize downtime operate Pleasant Acres motor vehicles.
