    Under the direction of the OSUMC Security Manager and Shift Lead Officer, the Security Dispatcher is responsible for all functions of Security Dispatch.

    The Security Dispatcher is often the first and sometimes only Security staff member a customer may encounter. This being so, this position is of paramount importance in meeting customer satisfaction.
