    Education:

    Bachelor's degree or Master's degree and experience in:

    • Archives
    • Data Management
    • Mathematics

    • Information Science
    • Management Information Systems

    Required Qualifications:

    • Previous experience with C/C R, SQL, JAVA, Python general knowledge
    • ETL Experience
    • Experience structured with structured and unstructured data
    • Knowledge of standards
    • Previous experience with databases
    • Experience with data structures
    • Experience with Data management
    • Work experience related to data engineering, information, and data management
    • Solid understanding of platform, network and storage technologies

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Previous experience with design, implementation, and operation of data management systems
    • Ability to design how the data will be stored, consumed, and managed by different data entities and digital systems
    • Ability to plan, design, and optimizefor data throughput and query performance issues
    • Expertise in platform, network and storage technologies, bandwidth management, data bus implications, and design
    • Ability to play a key role in the selection of backend database technologies (SQL, N0SQL, HPC, etc.), their configuration and utilization, and the optimization of the full data pipeline infrastructure to support the actual content, ETL, and periodicity f data to support the intended kinds of queries and analysis to match expected responsiveness
    • Interpersonal representational and negotiation skills
    • Written and oral communication skills
    • Ability to effectively colIaborate with diverse stakeholders to meet mission needs
    • Ability to analyze complex information and make/defend independent judgements
    • Organizational skills and attention to detail

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Ability to meet the minimum requirements for joining the U.S. Government, including US Citizenship and a background investigation
