- Serve as Project Manager for the command's Science and Technology Division responsible for the management of science and technology projects.
- Coordinate project efforts including research and development studies, requirements, procurement, joint service coordination and demonstration planning and execution.
- Establish goals for project interaction directing plans, supervision, and oversight of operations development and military utility assessments.
- Direct a multi-million-dollar operational budget providing significant input and influence for priorities of technology funding
