- Write up quotes for clients based on their specifications.
- Understand clients' packaging requirements and walk them through the sales process
- Comprehend the unique needs of clients.
- Recommend and articulate tailored packaging solutions aligned with client branding and logistical requirements.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations showcasing the benefits and features of our custom packaging solutions.
- Work closely with clients to negotiate terms, address concerns, and close sales deals.
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional customer service.
- Anticipate client needs and ensure a positive experience with our company.
- Collaborate with production and design teams to ensure client specifications align with production capabilities.
- Incorporate feedback into continuous improvement, refining sales strategies.
- Must be able to do basic math and geometry to figure out dimensions of packaging materials.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Must be able to take constructive feedback to constantly refine process.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn about custom packaging solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Full Time
- Pay Rate is $18.27-$20.20 per hour plus commission ($5K-$20K per year)
- M-F 7-4pm or 8-5pm whichever is preferred.
