Process Optimization:
Analyze existing chemical processes used in plastics mfg, recycling, & reprocessing to identify inefficiencies; Dvlp & implmt strategies to optimize processes, ensuring higher efficiency, reduced waste, & lower production costs; Conduct experiments & simulations to improve existing mfg & recycling methods


2 Materials R&D:
Research new materials & polymers suitable for specialties plastics production; Dvlp & test new materials for specific applications, ensuring they meet industry standards & regulations; Collaborate w/ R&D teams to innovate & create unique plastic formulations tailored to client reqmts


3 QC & QA:
Establish & enforce QC protocols to guarantee the consistency & quality of plastics products; Conduct thorough testing & analysis of raw materials & finished products to ensure they meet specified standards; Identify & address quality issues, implmtg corrective actions as necessary


4 Environmental Sustainability:
Dvlp sustainable & environmentally friendly processes for plastics recycling & reprocessing; Advise on eco-friendly materials & technologies, minimizing the environmental impact of plastic production & recycling operations; Collaborate w/ environmental engineers & regulatory bodies to ensure compliance w/ environmental regulations


Salary:
$96,866/Yr. Master Deg in Chemical Engg is reqd.
