    Brain Balance is seeking an Administrative Assistant and Receptionist to join our dynamic team If you love working with children, families and adults seeking improvement in brain processing, this is the most heartwarming, positive environment you will find. You will be in charge of customer relations, scheduling, communications, helping students prepare for sessions, welcoming new families/students with a smiling face, giving tours, perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive center organization and superior streamlining.

    Responsibilities:
    • Be the positive uplifting face of the center
    • Interface with students and families to meet their needs
    • Process and create necessary paperwork and communications in a timely manner under heavy volume environment
    • Schedule appointments and events
    • Greet and assist onsite guests
    • Answer inbound telephone calls
    • Incredible attention to detail, follow through and job completion
    • Perform all other office tasks
    • Help students get ready for sessions
    • Learn to coach the students so able to fill in as needed
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree preferred. Minimum Associates Degree plus experience
    • Able to be broad minded and see situations from many perspectives
    • Able to observe big picture and react quickly to anything that needs attention to preserve peaceful happy environment
    • Energetic, dynamic, positive, driven to get results even under stress
    • Strong problem recognition and solver among teams
    • Able to learn quickly, demonstrate extraordinary judgement and leadership skills, and reliability
    • Strong communicator, able to adapt on the fly, be flexible as needs change
    • Strong commitment to virtuous living such as humility, integrity, hard work/work ethic, attitude of gratitude, teamwork
    • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
