- Process and create necessary paperwork and communications in a timely manner under heavy volume environment
- Schedule appointments and events
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Incredible attention to detail, follow through and job completion
- Perform all other office tasks
- Help students get ready for sessions
- Learn to coach the students so able to fill in as needed
- Bachelors degree preferred. Minimum Associates Degree plus experience
- Able to be broad minded and see situations from many perspectives
- Able to observe big picture and react quickly to anything that needs attention to preserve peaceful happy environment
- Energetic, dynamic, positive, driven to get results even under stress
- Strong problem recognition and solver among teams
- Able to learn quickly, demonstrate extraordinary judgement and leadership skills, and reliability

- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
