    We are a family-owned upscale restaurant chain looking for an experienced, multi-unit, Director of Operations. If you have a passion for developing great teams, then here is a great opportunity for you

    Director Of Operations Qualifications

    3-5 years of multi-outlet upscale restaurant management experience
    Strategic, numbers-driven, and excels with developing and managing projects
    Innovator, strategic thinker, and goal-setter, able to motivate the team to operational excellence
    A record of developing people at every level of the business and knows how to retain talent
    Passion for food and hospitality, with a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences
    Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field; MBA preferred.

    Director Of Operations Duties

    Responsible for managing the daily operations of multiple locations
    Provide leadership to a diverse team in areas of employee relations, team building, and people management
    Foster a positive, team-oriented culture and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, and other stakeholders.
    Meet or exceed financial goals, with a focus on sales, productivity, and key performance indicators to track progress.
