    The Sponsor is seeking support in the domain of Endpoint Security Engineering
    The focus is primarily on working in a mission technology area, which uses multiple IT systems and networks that operate in both the secure and unsecure environments
    The unsecure cloud networks are primarily within Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure
    The Sponsor is transforming its networks, systems, and applications processes to build a secure and trusted computing environment while providing the capabilities for secure information sharing across the enterprise
    The Systems Architect will develop and document design concepts that are consistent with Sponsor architectural guidance and industry best practices to address current infrastructure enhancements, new user/system requirements, transitions to the Sponsor technical environment, and enhancements to performance
    They will analyze the schedule and performance implications of alternative design concepts for application components and the supporting infrastructure and support the analysis and evaluation of related legacy business processes, the design of improved processes, and the efforts necessary to substantiate new efforts
    The Systems Architect will identify mission impacts because of new information technology services, ensure the interoperability of current and future systems and software releases for all supported applications, and analyze and study complex system requirements, proposing technical solutions to Sponsor management
    They will also perform strategic systems planning and analysis, reporting results to Sponsor management; coordinate, review, and integrate the deliverables of information and technology architects into cohesive solutions architectures; and design all data solutions in alignment with applicable policies, standards, and practices

    (Mandatory) Demonstrated experience with information processing fundamentals and best practices

    (Mandatory) Demonstrated experience with integrating COTS, GOTS, and custom software into an enterprise solution for knowledge management

    (Mandatory) Demonstrated experience with CI/CD pipeline and Agile best practices
    5
    (Desired) Demonstrated experience in several IT domains such as software development, networking, security, cloud computing, data management, and systems integration
    6
    (Desired) Demonstrated experience designing IT systems that are efficient, reliable, scalable, and secure.
