AmeriQual Foods is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead and develop our Maintenance team in a fast-paced, highly regulated food manufacturing environment.
+Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and develop the Maintenance department to provide effective site and plant maintenance services.
- Plan, organize, and direct the maintenance management program, including short- and long-term maintenance strategies.
- Develop and manage the maintenance budget, including capital and expense spending.
- Establish priorities, allocate resources, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
