Job summary
As an Assistant Store Manager you will manage the day-to-day operations of the self-storage facility by handling customer inquiries and problems in a timely manner implementing procedures following Operations Policy & Procedure Manual conducting routine inspections sales of store merchandise and storage rentals taking potential leads on a tour making past due calls to delinquent accounts housekeeping and cleaning marketing your facility according to guidelines requested by home office or District Manager maintaining physical property appearance handling emergency procedures participation in training programs conferences etc strongly encouraged to be active in your local professional associations community functions security safety of all areas of the property assist with inventory record daily arrival departure via UKG for payroll purposes must have valid Drivers License reliable transportation to make bank deposits conduct marketing run errands.
