- Oversee day-to-day operations including interpreting and communicating company goals.
- Help develop company initiatives focused on business growth and aid in implementing initiatives among internal staff.

Job DescriptionDESCRIPTION OVERVIEWActivate is a full-scale interactive gaming facility. We are looking to expand our team with the addition of a General Manager. A successful applicant will be expected to work with the Assistant Manager and Game Facilitators. The ideal candidate will be an individual with strong customer service skills, the ability to work well both in a team and individually, and a curiosity for all things tech and gaming-related.
This is a full-time, permanent position. Hours of work must be flexible to meet the needs of the business. Hours worked will be a mixture of days, evenings, and weekends.
