Position Overview:

This position works on a team to keep all Camp property in excellent working condition and ready for all guests.

Key Duties Mechanical RepairsPainting, Plumbing, Electrical, HVACPreventative Maintenance of FacilitiesSimple Automotive RepairOther Duties Related to Maintaining FacilitiesPool CareQualificationsSpiritual Growth and Alignment Consistent evidence of a growing relationship with ChristAwareness and desire to deploy his/her spiritual gift(s) in this ministryAgreement with T Bar Ms Doctrinal StatementWhole-hearted support of T Bar Ms Vision, Core Values, and Mission Interpersonal Skills Communicate effectively with a diverse group of vendors and employees.

Desire to build and maintain Christ-centered relationshipsAbility to interact, communicate and present ideas.

Must be able to resolve conflict in a peaceful, team approach Good fit for T Bar M Camps & Retreats Camp ministry is a lifestyle in which we subject ourselves to accountability with one another as we live in community together.

A full-time employee will be offered T Bar M's full, competitive benefits package. A part-time employee will not be offered benefits.
