Project Manager Needed - WORK FROM HOME - Salary $45,000 to $50,000 per year

Job Description:

Including but no limited too....

+ Commercial Repairs Project Manager

+ Be responsible for facility maintenance jobs from inception to completion

+ Be able to schedule work, do estimates, and keep budgets.

+ Ability to price jobs from reports from field technicians via photos ,knowledge, and prior data.

+ Working with sub contractors/vendors

Additional responsibilities will be added as the job description evolves.

Position Requirements

Job Requirements:

+ 5 years+hands on experiencewith with maintenance & construction skilled trades (plumbing ,carpentry, HVAC, electrical, roofing)

+ Experience working with self performing labor

+ Prior Prjoect Management expereince

+ Must be a self-performer with minimum guidance

+ Strong problem-solving skills

+ Must have the ability to manage employees and delegate them multiple tasks

+ Effective interpersonal and communication skills
