    Contract Specialist (Cambridge, MA)

    Job Description

    Join a dynamic team that supports our customers by operationalizing contract requirements in various systems to support market to cash processes.

    Your role:

    • Responsible for implementing and managing the commercial contracts in SAP, Siebel, Apttus cradle to grave within a core zone; estimated contract value in excess of $100M.
    • Collaborate with various partners to ensure contracts are understood and set up properly to support downstream business activities and meet Philips compliance requirements.
    • Support customers and stakeholders with issue resolution, escalation management and investigations needed to resolve a vast variety of challenges.
    • Implement Lean strategies for continuous improvement which may include process development and work instruction modification or creation.
    • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

    You're the right fit if:

    • You have 3+ years of experience in a contracting position where you used critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate risks in contracts; you can display flexibility and adaptability to a changing environment and are able to manage and prioritize multiple projects, working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
    • Your skills include ability to ability to display organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills along with excellent written and verbal communication skills; intermediate proficiency in Excel which includes vlookup's and matching of disparate data; experience with and SAP
    • You have a Bachelor' degree and/or equivalent business experience with Contracting and Group Purchasing Organizations (GPO)
    • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
