Required Certifications
BLS (AHA – Basic Life Support)
NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
Experience Requirements
Minimum 2 years of RN experience preferred
Must be comfortable with labor, delivery, and postpartum care
NICU experience is a plus
Scheduling & Coverage

Weekend Requirement:
Every 3rd weekend

Floating:
Not required (closed unit)

Blocked Scheduling:
Not guaranteed; flexibility preferred
