    Automotive Express Service Advisor - Classic Honda

    We are seeking an experienced Automotive Express Service Advisor to join our team at Holler-Classic Family of Dealerships.

    Job Summary

    The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with customers, promoting the value of maintaining their vehicles according to factory guidelines, and ensuring that all services meet or exceed customer expectations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Greet customers and obtain necessary information
    • Determine the nature of the desired service or complaint and promote additional sales opportunities
    • Prepare clear and precise repair instructions for technicians
    • Provide estimates for labor and parts
    • Communicate with dispatch to track job status
    • Contact customers to discuss completed work and additional recommendations
    • Collaborate with dealership personnel to ensure quality service
    • Coordinate with manufacturers and extended warranty companies to secure approval and payment
    • Maintain knowledge of products and warranties
    • Meet or exceed sales quotas
    • Conduct test drives to ensure technician accuracy

    Requirements:

    • High School Diploma
    • Previous automotive service experience preferred
    • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
    • Pass background screening requirements
