Job DescriptionJob DescriptionOur client, a Japanese Energy company, is seeking a Commercial Analyst to join their Renewable Energy Division in the Houston area

KQUALIFICATIONS:
3+ years of experience with business finance3+ years of Financial modeling experienceBachelors degree in finance, accounting, economics or statistics are highly preferredFMVA certification preferredTax equity arrangement experience renewable energy project experienceStrong fluency with excel formulas and functionsCorporate PPA experience preferred


JOB DUTIES:

Manage and update (support valuation, planning and forecasting) financial model collaborating with related partiesAnalyze market pricing and congestion forecastsPrepare finance for projects and maintain communication with finance lendersPrepare PPA proposals and PPA contractsSupport transaction of equity sell down of projects if necessaryPlease submit your application with a 12 page resume.
