Overview

The position with Stellar Solutions provides a unique opportunity to provide remote and onsite support to integration and test activities involving multiple government, contractor and national agencies in support of the System Program Office.

Initial focus is to support achieving upcoming test and integration activities, but offers growth into multiple adjacent areas to include cyber, systems engineering and P3I activities.

Role/Responsibilities/Qualifications

Position will support an acquisition program office and requires critical thinking and analysis in a dynamic, high-paced environment.

Role will support a broad range of technical activities and contributes to effective management of the program development and fielding.

Provide support to include teleconference meetings, face-to-face meetings, program strategy, and reviewing program documentation. Candidates with a demonstrated ability to adapt to, and develop skillsets, outside of their traditional roles are highly desired.

Required Skills:
At least 15 years of experience in leading government teams.

Experience in coordinating across government and contractor teams.
Integration and test background; system of systems integration experience with a

penchant for leading teams to define logical approaches where no clear guidance exists.

Desired Skills:
Modeling and simulation experience and software development familiarity a plus

Required Education:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant field.


Security Clearance & Other Requirements:
U.S. Citizen with current eligibility for TS/SCI clearance
The typical pay range for this position is USD $165,000 - $220,000 per year, total package. Individual pay is determined by many factors including work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual performance bonus, retirement plan and other benefits (all included as part of package).

Deliverable(s)

Deliverables could be in the format of a report, software file, briefing, spreadsheet, or other document as directed by the Government, using government approved and/or mandated systems/software and processes governed by guidance/instructions/policy or direction.
