This role will partner closely with CRM Product Marketing and Data teams to translate customer and campaign data into actionable insights that improve engagement retention and long-term value Analytics to drive data-informed decision-making across our CRM lifecycle marketing efforts We're looking for someone who enjoys getting hands-on with data and can also step back to connect the dots In this role you'll help define how Pluto TV measures performance improves lifecycle marketing grows its analytics capabilities across markets Key Responsibilities CRM Lifecycle Analytics Own analytics measurement strategy for CRM lifecycle initiatives across email push in-app emerging channels Analyze campaign performance user behavior life cycle trends identify opportunities improve engagement retention conversion Develop maintain KPIs tied real business outcomes active usage retention incremental lift Data-Driven Strategy Optimization Support test-and-learn initiatives A/B testing experimentation frameworks readouts Translate complex datasets clear recommendations guide prioritization optimization decisions Reporting Executive Insights Build dashboards decks reports provide visibility CRM performance customer health Deliver concise executive-ready insights highlighting trends risks opportunities Establish consistent measurement standards reporting frameworks cross-functional collaboration Work closely Data Engineering Marketing Technology partners ensure accuracy availability scalability Act strategic analytics partner CRM Product Growth teams Operational Excellence Define best practices documentation processes support scalable measurement Ensure governance consistency compliance all reporting analysis Proactively identify gaps recommend solutions Qualifications Required 5–8+ years experience analytics CRM BDM CRO or similar Strong experience analyzing campaigns digital DTC media environment Proficiency platforms tools e.g., Tableau SFMC Redfast Similar Demonstrated ability translate data actionable insights recommendations Excellent communication skills presenting senior stakeholders Preferred Experience streaming subscription-based businesses Familiarity methodologies incrementality cohort analysis Exposure global multi-market environments Success Metrics Clear trusted measure CRMI lifespan channels metrics Improved effectiveness driven actionable insights testing Strong adoption dashboards reports by stakeholders Reduced ambiguity measurement standardized frameworks Skills Benefits Project Planning Governance Mandatory Skills Benefits Project Planning GovernanceJob description
