Counterintelligence Analyst Job Description

This role requires exceptional individuals to provide timely, cogent, and relevant advice to improve the CI posture of supported activities, ensure intelligence oversight compliance, and accurately document and report CI indicators or concerns.

Main Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support cross-community meetings and working groups
• Assimilate large volumes of information, de-conflict information of value between sections, and independently produce reports
• Research, create, develop, and deliver professional multi-media and written reports
• Develop all-source association matrices on screened individuals of CI interest

Requirements:

• Minimum six (6) years of experience as a Counterintelligence Agent or equivalent service/interagency occupational specialty focused on source operations
• Graduate of Joint Counterintelligence Training Academy Advanced Counterintelligence Collections Course or service/interagency equivalent
• Experience conducting CI threat assessments, vulnerability assessments, and route reconnaissance
