    Description

    Wynmoor Community Council is seeking a skilled and experienced Director of Security to oversee all security operations within our organization. Wynmoor Community Council is an active adult community that prides itself on serving its age 55+ members with the best amenities and luxury living. The community boasts a country club, golf course, spas and fitness centers, and an extraordinary team of employees who are dedicated to providing the best care and support possible.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing security policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure a safe environment for employees, visitors, and assets.

    Duties:

    Develop and implement security strategies, policies, and procedures to safeguard the organization's assets.

    Manage and supervise security staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.

    Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.

    Monitor surveillance systems, including CCTV cameras, to maintain a secure environment.

    Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and emergency services in case of security incidents.

    Respond to security breaches and alarms promptly and effectively.

    Oversee access control systems and ensure proper identification protocols are followed.

    Implement loss prevention measures to minimize theft or damage to company property.

    Handle conflict management situations professionally and efficiently.

    Provide first aid/CPR assistance when necessary.

    Experience:

    Bachelor's degree in criminal justice or related field preferred.

    Previous experience in law enforcement, military, or security management roles.

    Knowledge of surveillance techniques and procedures.

    Strong understanding of conflict management principles.

    Certification in First Aid/CPR.

    This position offers competitive compensation based on experience. Join our team as the Director of Security to lead our security efforts effectively. $80, $100,000.00 per year
