    Come join usAtlas is currently seeking aDocument Control Specialist (Project Control Analyst 1)to work on an exciting megaproject with project office located in New Rochelle, New York Come join usThe Penn Station Access Project will provide direct Metro-North service from the Bronx, Westchester and Connecticut to Penn Station and Manhattans West Side, providing connectivity to areas currently with limited rail service.

    The project consists of four new ADA-accessible passenger rail stations, over 19 miles of new and rehabilitated track work, four bridge rehabilitations, the reconfiguration of Metro-North's New Rochelle Yard, four new and one reconfigured interlockings, five new and two upgraded substations, and the modernization of signal, power and communication infrastructure.

    This position is onsite 5 days a week in our New Rochelle office.

    Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
    The Document Control Specialist is responsible for maintaining documents within an electronic document control system.
    Follow procedural framework for identifying, collecting, distributing and filing the controlled documents for using the electronic document control system.
    Implement the electronic document control system in compliance with the Clients standard.
    Process incoming and outgoing submissions, RFI, and correspondences.
    Produce a daily mail log.
    Produce reports on documentation and transmittals.
    Work with department manager to ensure timely processing of transmittals.
    Maintain project confidentiality.


    RequirementsMinimum Qualifications:
    Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
    Minimum 3 years of experience working on construction projects including start-up and/or closeout processes.

    Experience with large-scale document control software is preferred; Experience in document management software (Asite, SharePoint, eBuilder, Documentum, ProjectWise, etc.).High-level of discretion when managing confidential information.

    Professional, self-motivated, team player with strong collaboration skills.

    Strong interpersonal and written communication skills with the ability to contribute effectively as part of a team involving staff, clients, and outside agencies.

    Strong problem-solving, workload management, and organizational skills with limited supervision.
    Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Access).

    Compensation:
    $30 - $50 hourlyThe expected salary range for the position is displayed in accordance with the states law. Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
