- Building and integrating robust information systems to meet the requirements
- Assessing the systems architecture currently in place and working with technical staff to recommend solutions to improve it
- Resolving technical problems as they arise

- Solution Architect responsibilities include assessing business challenges, needs and translating these into outcomes, designed and constructed on the ServiceNow platform
- Work with the organizations leaders to identify problems and then work with team to address those problems with innovative solutions
- Effectively managing key stakeholders both internally and externally
- Analyze and translate business information and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint to achieve complex business objectives.
- Engage with the customers Enterprise Architects to position ServiceNow as the digital transformation platform standard, integrated with the customers core applications.
- Establish and manage technical governance
- Ensure the instance health by working with the engagement team to reduce technical debt and align to ServiceNow best practices
- Facilitating workshops or meetings to gather requirements, presenting, and validating solutions and test the interpretation of the clients needs
- Demonstrating solid insights in designing ServiceNow solutions
- Demonstrating experience working with workflows in one or more key areas of the ServiceNow platform in CSM and FSM
- Understanding and having experience in driving process optimization, efficiencies and productivity using automation tools
- Produce a detailed functional design document to match customer requirements
- Act as a mentor to support less experienced colleagues
- Serves as an active contributor of leading practices, standards, and thought leadership related to the ServiceNow platform.
- Contribute to the development of opportunities and provide input to grow our business
- Minimum 13+ of total IT experience in which 8+ years with ServiceNow
- Consultancy experience will be advantageous
- Strong analytical skills, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage customer and stakeholder expectations
- Have the drive and determination to learn and continuously share your knowledge with others
- Experience working in an IT Service Management (ITSM), ITOM and HRSD is required
- ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications
- Prior experience of working with international teams
- Strong interpersonal skills with a collaboration mindset both within and outside the immediate team
- Passionate about working in a fast-paced global environment
