- Compensation: $22-25/hr. (Based on Experience)
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
- Location: In Office
- Duration: 6+ month contract position with potential for temp-to-hire
- Efficient and accurate data entry, including equipment transactions and vendor invoices.
- Communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders at all levels to gather and provide information.
- Identifying and resolving discrepancies in data, and investigating root causes.
- Creation and maintenance of Excel reports with charts and graphs.
- Assistance in managing the planning database using Excel, MS Access, and MS SQL Server Management Studio.
- Setting up rate sheets for equipment and tracking rental inventory.
- Coordinating with Accounts Payable for timely payment processing.
- Collaboration with the warehouse team for inventory tracking and job site equipment issues.
- 2 years of administrative experience preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Consistent employment for one year within the last two years.
- High School Diploma/GED
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
- Initiative and assertiveness to support buyers and supply chain teammates.
- Associate, or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in data administration or data-entry roles with Excel proficiency is advantageous.
