    About you and this role:

    Robust AI is a fast-growing, early-stage startup founded in 2019 by an unsurpassed team of veterans in robotics, AI, and business. We are a collaborative group with a wide range of backgrounds and perspectives, seeking talented individuals who are just as excited about robotics and AI as we are Help us redefine the very foundation of robotics and build robots that are smart, collaborative, robust, safe, flexible, and genuinely autonomous. You love working on wicked problems, continuously testing your assumptions, and working with state-of-the-art technologies to develop solutions that meet customer needs. In this role, you will lead the effort to determine requirements for a new category-defining robotic solution. You will be spending time with early customers, conducting market research, and working closely with executives, customer success managers, and engineering team collaborators.

    Main job responsibilities:
    • Lead customer site visits and product research to develop a deep understanding of who our customers are, what product features they value, and what pain points they have
    • Develop our product strategy based on user research insights, business needs, and industry trends
    • Develop product pricing and positioning strategies
    • Translate our product strategy into detailed product requirements and prototypes
    • Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
    • Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding of our automation solution
    • Represent our company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on our automation solution

    What you'll bring to the table:
    • At least 8 years of work experience in product management
    • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
    • Experience with product management of products involving both hardware and software, preferably in robotics
    • Experience collaborating closely with engineers, UX designers, and customer success managers
    • Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical experience
