As the Program Manager, you will support the development, implementation and maintenance of the programs geared toward patient center medical home and multi-payer payment reform.

You will provide oversight into program leadership and development.

In this role, you will develop strong and cooperative relationships with key staff members within HPH and the community to work productively and effectively.

Your responsibilitites will also include general program oversight, administrative functions, financial analysis, and outreach.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in healthcare of business and/or equivalent combination of education, training and/or related experience. Three (3) years of demonstrated business or clinical healthcare experience involving project or program management which include developing and implementing project plans, strong interpersonal skills and the demonstrated ability to analyze and utilize date. Experience with using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and one (1) year of demonstrated experience in quality management.

Rate of pay for selected candidates will be determined by various factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, relevant experience and training, as well as internal peer equity.
